I've been visiting Leeds for some years but have never had the opportunity to visit Shipley Glen. This time, as I was staying over on the Sunday night I could do so. It's the last remnant of a large area of amusements, very close to Saltaire. It's a 20" gauge cable hauled line, with a gradient of 1 in 7 and very good value at £1 fare.
