Gayle Mill (http://www.gaylemill.org.uk) featured on the TV programme Restoration in 2004 - it didn't win but still managed to attract the funding to restore the building. It's primarily a sawmill, although it also runs to generate electricity when there is sufficient water. Here's a few photos of the outside of the mill, I can recommend a visit. Don't expect to see a water wheel though, in 1879 the wheel was replaced by a turbine.
